Can Businessman Trump Run The Country

This has been the most volatile and repugnant election cycle in recent memory. And the start of Trump's first year as President has not been any less chaotic. He told the electorate he as the great negotiator, and that only he could save the country. He projects himself as the ultimate businessman. Is he? And can business be applied to government?
